Buying or Renting Pixels

Pixels are sold/rented in multiples of adjacent squares whose size is 100 pixels per square; a smaller size cannot be reasonably displayed. Because potential clients need to see lots of sites on the million shilling webpage, restrictions as to how many pixels you can buy per site, will apply. Large corporate entities may be allowed more pixels but the entire purchase would have to be rented at a premium cost. When you buy/rent pixels, we will display the copyrighted image/logo you provide us and create the link that will click through to your website.

Other conditions of Purchase:

• Minimum Purchase: 1 grid square = 10x10 pixel block at one Ksh per pixel for the first batch of 500,000 pixels (Equivalent to Ksh 100 per square).
• The price of the second batch of 500,000 pixels will be determined by forces of demand and will be communicated later at an appropriate date.
• Your purchase which becomes a subscription, is valid for a period of one year, renewably annually with payment being made in advance of each anniversary. Any link changes requested will be made at an extra charged.
• Should you wish to transfer your link to another site or somebody else's site, the same charge per grid square will be charged as administration costs.
• There will be no refunds once your pixel block is accepted and put on the main page.
• We are very particular about netiquette, obscene or offensive images/links will not be accepted.
• If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site such that they fall out of compliance with our content guidelines then we reserve the right to bring down your link until that link clicks through to appropriate content, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.
• You can get your image removed at any time on written request but you will not receive a refund.
• You can only upload JPEG (.jpg) and GIF (.gif) image files and they must not be animated. (Max size - 1MB)
• Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
• You must have the right to use the image you provide.
